Our inspection experience was awesome! 5M is awesome! Everyone we talked to was very friendly. Scheduling was easy over text, which was great with my busy schedule. They were wonderful about coordinating the inspection while we were out of state. The report was extremely thorough and so fast! Amazing customer service and nothing got past them. The builder said everything was fixed from the first inspection and lo and behold they lied. 5M did a reinspection (money well spent) and there were so many things still outstanding, it was crazy. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness a lot.

Very thorough and knowledgeable inspectors! And they're friendly and easy to talk to also. I used them on one attempted house purchase, but the deal fell through. A few months later, buying another house, I didn't need to look around for any other inspectors; I knew I was going to hire 5M again!
