5M Inspections exceeded my expectations. The inspector was on time, explained how the inspection was going to take place and to said feel free to ask any questions about the inspection at anytime. Keven did a through inspection and answered all our questions and had a very good knowledge of the pre-drywall inspection items to concentrate on.                                                           We had Keven back for our final inspection and as before Keven did a very thorough job and explained everything very well. I would recommend 5M to anyone that needs an inspection. Our inspection experience was awesome!  5M is awesome!  Everyone we talked to was very friendly.  Scheduling was easy over text, which was great with my busy schedule.  They were wonderful about coordinating the inspection while we were out of state.  The report was extremely thorough and so fast! Amazing customer service and nothing got past them. The builder said everything was fixed from the first inspection and lo and behold they lied. 5M did a reinspection (money well spent) and there were so many things still outstanding, it was crazy.
