Getting an inspection was a fear of mine, afraid I wouldnt understand what was being said or told to me but Chris and Scott were not only informative but also included us in the inspection and took the time out to explain and point things out. The stuffs that I love about Markham inspection service are the amount of detailed coverage and knowledge sharing that happens during the process. This is my third service with them and the quality of the service is top notch. I feel like if they get in your house the outcome is going to be really great, tiny things like salt is software gets noticed and helps you in ways you wouldn't think of. Our experience w Markham Inspection Services was outstanding in every way!  We used them twice during our new home build, pre-drywall and before our final walk through.  They were very thorough throughout each inspection, providing a detailed explanation of all identified items. As a first time home buyer this experience can be scary. Chris was excellent in every way possible. Not only did he explain things as he was going along, but he gave us amazing recommendations and his honest opinions. The inspection report was incredibly organized and put into perspective what needed to be fixed asap versus things we could fix on our own over time. I work for a national home builder and do warranty repair work. I have seen Markham's inspections on many homes and have appreciated the detail and layout of them so much so that when I went to buy a home I chose them. They did not disappoint. They arrived early, wore boot protectors, were very thorough, quick, and took the time to explain everything they saw in the home that would be on the report. They were SO professional and nice. I struggle with anxiety and having my home inspected brought out a lot more anxiety than usual. They were very thorough and got explained everything in great detail. If you are looking for reliable inspectors, call them. Best decision I could have made! Thank you!!
